Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK) claimed that the successful transition to the Shelley mainnet would improve Cardano from a static, federated system, to a dynamic, decentralized blockchain. The pioneers and the ‘friends & family’ phase 1 internal testnet has begun as scheduled.
