Eleven companies, including BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale Investments, Valkyrie, ARK 21Shares, Bitwise, and Invesco, filed updated 19b-4 forms for proposed spot bitcoin ETFs, according to reports by The Block. Issuers of the proposed funds would still need their registration statements, known as an S-1 (or, in the case of Grayscale Investments, an S-3) to become effective in order to launch their product.
