The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has postponed the deadline for a decision on Fidelity’s Ethereum spot ETF, with a new deadline of March 5, according to a filing on Thursday. Fidelity filed the ETF application in November.

Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart believes that the move is fully expected and that the real date to watch is late May.
