Dave LaValle, head of ETFs at Grayscale, was asked at the annual ETF conference in Miami whether Grayscale would sue the SEC again if the SEC denies Grayscale’s request to convert its Ethereum trust to a spot ETF.

LaValle said Grayscale will "have to wait and see what happens," adding that he sees a 50% chance of approval by May.
