Berachain blockchain platform has raised $69 million in funding co-led by Brevan Howard Digital and Framework Ventures, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The project raised funds through the sale of digital tokens and will be valued at $1.5 billion.

It is reported that Berachain has three main tokens, BERA, BGT, and Honey stablecoin. The testnet version was released to the public in January.

Berachain previously completed US$42 million in financing in April 2023. This round of financing was led by Polychain Capital, with participation from OKX Ventures, Hack VC, Robot Ventures and others.
