Grayscale submitted a notice of withdrawal of its Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, and the SEC was originally scheduled to make a final decision on the ETF on May 30.

Grayscale originally filed a 19b-4 application for its Ethereum Futures ETF on September 19, 2023, which, if approved, would have listed the ETF on the New York Stock Exchange.
