According to a filing, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) disclosed that it holds $99 million in BlackRock IBIT and $64 million in Grayscale GBTC.

Founded in 1951 to manage the assets of the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), State Investment Funds (SIFs) and other state trust funds, SWIB had more than $156 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2023.
