Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said in a post on X that Bitwise has submitted a revised S-1 form for its Ethereum spot ETF (ETHW) to the SEC, which will include changes after the SEC's first round of comments. It is not clear whether more rounds of comments are needed.

The document shows that Pantera Capital may invest $100 million in ETHW. The company once invested $200 million in Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB).

Seyffart said that ETH ETF still has to wait for the final approval of the SEC, and the release time mainly depends on the SEC. He and another Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas believe that the product may be launched before July 4.
