According to official information, CRC represents a third-layer consensus following PoW and DPoS, with a purpose of providing a consensus-based community governance mechanism for the community, thus driving the technical development and ecological booming on a constant basis besides other functions including dispute mitigation, community asset management and encouragement for community members to contribute to community governance and more.
