Genesis Global Trading, the digital currency trader and lender, has acquired crypto custodian Vo1t, according to an announcement from the company on Thursday.

The Digital Currency Group subsidiary acquired Vo1t to start off the development of a full suite of prime brokerage services under one roof, including lending, trading and custody. The terms of the deal currently remain undisclosed.
