Ethereum Foundation Pours $12.8M into Crypto Projects in Q3

The Ethereum Foundation has allocated $12.8 million to a variety of projects in the third quarter of 2024. 

The funding projects cover community education, consensus layer, cryptography and zero-knowledge proof, developer experience and tools, execution layer, Layer2 and other fields.

Among them, community education projects account for the largest proportion, including the EEA Industry Day conference held in Bangkok, Thailand, the ETH Pura Vida conference and hackathon held in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Furthermore, the Foundation is exploring the potential of zero-knowledge proof technology to enhance the network's scalability and privacy. Lastly, the Foundation is committed to supporting the development of tools and frameworks that make it easier for developers to build on Ethereum.
