Global digital asset investment products saw record net inflows of $44.2 billion in 2024, nearly four times the 2021 record, according to a CoinShares report. 

Bitcoin attracted the lion's share with $38 billion (29% of AuM), followed by Ethereum at $4.8 billion (26% of AuM). Altcoins (excluding Ethereum) saw inflows of $813 million (18% of AuM). While 2025 started strong with $585 million inflows in the first three days, the first week overall saw net outflows of $75 million, including the last two trading days of 2024.
