Telegram has officially withdrawn its appeal against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) injunction that prohibited distribution of the Gram token, according to court documents dated May 22.

The move seems to spell the end for the company’s TON plans. Earlier this month, Telegram’s CEO Pavel Durov announced their “active involvement” with the project was done.
