Shinhan Bank, South Korean bank, has partnered with Ground X, fin-tech startup, and Hexlant, blockchain developer. In a report from the TheKoreanTimes published on August 14, 2019, announced that Shinhan Bank signed a memorandum of understanding with Ground X and Hexlent with the hopes to develop a blockchain security system with this partnership. The combined partnership will bring to the table a Private Key Management System for Shinhan's banking services, in which Ground X will provide the blockchain-based platform and Hexlant will develop the anti-craking program for the platform.
