In a recent announcement, Trump Media Technology Group, the operator of social media platform Truth Social, streaming platform Truth+, and financial technology brand Truth.Fi (NASDAQ, NYSE: DJT), revealed that it has submitted an initial registration statement (Form S-1) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF under the Truth Social brand. The ETF will directly hold Bitcoin and Ethereum, with 75% of assets invested in Bitcoin and 25% in Ethereum, issuing shares to investors to reflect the price performance of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
