Tennessee Republican Congressman Tim Burchett stated: I think we are very close to reaching some kind of solution. He himself had not yet voted at the time. He mentioned that they didn't even have time for a nap during the process. A Republican source indicated that an agreement is expected to be reached within a few hours.
