In a breaking news announcement, Swiss crypto bank AMINA Bank revealed on Thursday that it will be offering services related to the Ripple USD stablecoin (RLUSD) to its clients, making it the first international bank to support this stablecoin.
AMINA Bank stated that it will initially provide custody and trading services for RLUSD to institutional clients and professional investors, with plans to gradually expand these services in the coming months. Currently, RLUSD is backed by US Treasury bonds, regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services, and has a circulating supply of $430 million.
