According to reports, several Bitcoin mining companies experienced a decrease in output in June, mainly due to their participation in the Texas power demand response project. Riot Platforms produced 450 BTC this month, a 12% decrease compared to the previous month, with the CEO citing cost-saving strategies during peak electricity hours to enhance competitiveness. Cipher Mining produced 160 BTC, also reducing operations to avoid 4CP costs; MARA Holdings decreased by 25% year-on-year, producing 211 BTC, impacted by weather and equipment factors. In contrast, CleanSpark grew against the trend by 6.7%, producing 445 BTC and achieving its mid-year target of 20 EH/s hash rate.
