According to reports from the Hong Kong Economic Times, the Director of Invest Hong Kong, Stephen Phillips, stated that there are stablecoin operators currently in discussions with their financial team to establish a presence in Hong Kong. It is expected that shortly after the implementation of the 'Stablecoin Regulations' next month, related companies will start operations in Hong Kong. Phillips mentioned that in the past two and a half years, 630 mainland Chinese companies have settled in Hong Kong, accounting for approximately 48% of the total. With the support of national policies for companies to expand overseas, Hong Kong will serve as a springboard. It is believed that among the companies settling in Hong Kong in the future, mainland Chinese companies will still make up a significant proportion.
