Led by former NYSE president Tom Farley, Bullish's investors include Founders Fund, Thiel Capital, Nomura, and Mike Novogratz. Bullish, which acquired CoinDesk in 2023, will become another cryptocurrency company to enter the public market following Circle, Galaxy Digital, and Gemini.
