According to on-chain data analyst Yu Jin, a certain whale/institution has spent 64.04 million USDT to buy 18,557 ETH at an average price of $3,451 in the past two days.

The whale/institution withdrew 47.28 million USDT from Cryptocom, Cumberland, etc., to purchase ETH on-chain, and then collateralized ETH to borrow 16.75 million USDT from Aave to continue buying ETH. Currently, this whale/institution holds 38,000 ETH (approximately $135 million).
