The list mainly covers high-value industrial products such as aircraft, automobiles, and electrical equipment. The combined retaliatory list totals 93 billion euros.

EU Commission spokesperson Olof Gill stated on July 23 that if negotiations fail, the retaliatory measures will take effect on August 7.
