He emphasized that pushing for unipolar stablecoins by certain countries will exacerbate systemic risks due to deviating from a multipolar framework, amplifying traditional financial risks, overflow of risks from US bonds and US dollar volatility, increasing new transmission channels for traditional currency misalignment risks, and five major hidden dangers of regulatory vacuum. Chen Yulu called for upholding the three principles of true value, systemic stability, and inclusive universality, promoting the coordinated development of central bank digital currencies and compliant stablecoins, building a multilateral digital currency liquidity mutual assistance network, joining hands with the global South to construct an equal and mutually beneficial digital Silk Road, and shaping a inclusive and universal global digital currency financial new order.
