Coinbase, the cryptocurrency exchange unicorn, has announced the acquisition of aspiring cryptocurrency prime broker, Tagomi.

According to a report from The Block on Wednesday, the deal is worth somewhere from $70 million to $100 million. This is one of Coinbase's biggest acquisitions to date and will help fill out the exchange's institutional business, which deals with professional trading services and custody.
