Team members have visited Washington DC multiple times in the past three months and have submitted an application for the PENGU ETF, which will include not only PENGU tokens but also NFTs. On June 26, the Cboe BZX Exchange submitted a 19b-4 application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Canary PENGU ETF.
