Derlin Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that its managed private equity fund has invested in Pangu, the parent company of AI large-scale model game MetaCene, at a valuation of $100 million. The two parties will also deepen cooperation in areas such as RWA, stablecoin issuance, and Derlin will participate in the management of its asset MAK. Pangu has previously received investments from institutions like Galaxy Digital, aiming to build a decentralized gaming ecosystem. MetaCene, launched last year, has been popular in the Korean market and is set to drive a grand world view game matrix based on LLM clusters built on a large number of NVIDIA graphics cards and MAK as the foundation.
