According to reports, Pantera Capital's latest blockchain salary survey shows that salaries in the crypto industry have increased across the board in 2024, with stablecoin salaries accounting for 9.6%, triple the amount from last year, with USDC being the most popular. Engineer salaries saw significant increases, with junior and mid-level positions rising by 25.6% and 14.5% respectively. The survey covered 1600 professionals, with 72% being international employees and 82% working remotely. Offline work increased slightly to 6%. Data indicates that the Web3 industry values skills over education, with MBA degrees leading to a slight decrease in salaries. Women in marketing/operations fields earn more than men.
