According to reports from Business Insider, Trump's Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (stock code: DJT) announced today that it has submitted the first amended version of the S-1 registration statement for the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The ETF will directly hold Bitcoin, aiming to track its price performance, with shares set to be listed on the NYSE Arca exchange. Other information includes: Crypto.com will serve as the exclusive Bitcoin custodian, primary executing broker, and liquidity provider; Yorkville American Digital Company will act as the ETF sponsor; Approval process: The ETF launch is subject to the SEC declaring the registration statement effective and approving the 19b-4 form application.
