According to Jinshi's report, the US and China Stockholm Economic and Trade Talks Joint Statement states: 1. The US will continue to suspend the implementation of the 24% tariffs on Chinese goods (including those from Hong Kong and Macau) specified in Executive Order 14257 of April 2, 2025, for another 90 days starting from August 12, 2025, while retaining the remaining 10% tariffs as per the order. 2. China will continue to suspend the implementation of the 24% tariffs on US goods specified in Tax Commission Announcement No. 4 of 2025 for another 90 days starting from August 12, 2025, while retaining the remaining 10% tariffs. Additionally, in accordance with the Geneva Joint Statement agreement, China will take necessary measures to suspend or cancel non-tariff retaliatory measures against the US.
