According to Jinshi's report, driven by the surge in service costs, the US Producer Price Index (PPI) in July reached its highest level in three years. A report released by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics on Thursday showed that the PPI rose by 0.9% compared to the previous month, following no change in June. The index increased by 3.3% compared to the same period last year. Excluding food, energy, and trade services, the index rose by 0.6% from June and by 2.8% from the same period last year.
