According to reports from Cointelegraph, Taiwanese Bitcoin treasury company Top Win International has announced the completion of a $10 million financing round, with the funds primarily intended for purchasing Bitcoin. The round was led by zipper manufacturer and software company WiseLink, with participation from United Capital Management of Kansas founder and CEO Chad Koehn, among four other investors. WiseLink purchased three-year convertible bonds issued by Top Win. Top Win International, originally a luxury watch manufacturer, announced its transformation into a Bitcoin reserve strategy company in May and plans to rebrand as AsiaStrategy.
