According to reports, on-chain data shows that an early Ethereum investor has transferred 334.7 ETH for the first time after over a decade of silence, worth nearly $1.5 million. The funds were initially purchased for just $104 during Ethereum's first token sale (ICO) in 2014. Before transferring most of the funds, the investor first made a small test transfer to a new wallet with no prior activity. If cashed out at current market prices, this transfer represents a return of 14,000 times the initial investment. The original wallet has had no activity since the ICO, which raised $18 million and officially launched in July 2015.
