According to reports, a federal judge in the United States has ordered Elon Musk to respond to a class-action lawsuit involving a 'million dollar giveaway'. Arizona voter Jacqueline McCafferty filed the lawsuit as a representative, accusing Musk and his created 'American Political Action Committee' of misleading her into providing personal information in the late stages of the 2024 election. She claims that Musk and the 'American Political Action Committee' promised to randomly select a winner of $1 million like a lottery to attract voters from seven swing states to sign petitions. However, voters did not actually have a chance to receive the $1 million, and the information they submitted, including their names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers, was used for political data collection.
