According to official announcement, Boya Interactive International Limited has signed a stock placement agreement with placement agents, planning to place up to 63,510,000 new shares at a placement price of HK$6.95 per share. The placement shares account for 8.93% of the total issued shares, or approximately 8.20% of the total issued shares after expansion.

The maximum total amount raised from the placement will be HK$441 million, with an estimated net amount of approximately HK$436 million, to be used for business development in the Web3 sector, including Web3 game development and promotion, infrastructure construction, project investment and strategic cooperation, as well as group business operating funds and general corporate purposes.

Boya Interactive has also resumed trading, with Boya Interactive (HK:00434) currently trading at HK$8, up 5.68% intraday.

In March this year, Boya Interactive (0434.HK) announced that its total holding of Bitcoin has increased to 3,350 coins, with an average holding price of $58,627.
