According to reports, asset management companies Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, CoinShares, Franklin, 21Shares, and WisdomTree all submitted updated statements for their proposed spot XRP ETFs this Friday, indicating once again the financial firms' desire to obtain listing approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated that the appearance of these applications is almost certainly in response to feedback from the SEC. This is a positive sign, but also largely expected. The updated documents appear to change the structure of some funds, allowing for XRP or cash creation and cash or physical redemption, rather than just cash creation and redemption.
