According to reports, SUI Financial Management Company Mill City Ventures III has announced its renaming to SUI Group Holdings, and will begin trading on NASDAQ under the new code SUIG starting August 26, 2025.
SUI Group stated that the renaming aims to strengthen its treasury strategy positioning within the Sui ecosystem and further align with SuiFoundation. As the only publicly listed company with an official relationship with Sui Foundation, the group will focus on driving the development and adoption of SuiNetwork, while delivering long-term value to shareholders.
The company emphasized that existing shareholders do not need to take any action due to this renaming and code change. The stock will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market and options trading will still be available on Cboe Global Markets.
