According to reports, Boya Interactive International Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company, disclosed that approximately 90% of the proceeds from the previous HK$440 million rights issue plan will be used to purchase Bitcoin to drive the development of Web3 business, while the remaining approximately 10% will be used for operating funds and general corporate purposes. The board believes that cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, are important strategic resources for the Web3 industry, and early positioning and expanding reserves will have a significant impact on the company's future competitive advantage. Earlier on August 21, Boya Interactive planned to issue discounted shares to raise up to HK$440 million.
