According to reports, the US Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to rule on the legality of President Trump's imposition of global tariffs. Previously, lower courts ruled that most of the tariffs imposed by Trump were an overreach, rendering them invalid. Following a request by the Trump administration last week for the Supreme Court to review the case, the court swiftly took action. The Supreme Court will expedite the case, with oral arguments scheduled for the first week of November. The judges also agreed to hear another challenge to Trump's tariffs brought by the family toy company Learning Resources.
