Yotta Logistics Technology, a NASDAQ-listed company, announced that Huaying Holdings' USD fund Solomon Capital Fund SPC-Solomon Capital SP9 has made a $150 million strategic investment in the company. They will jointly explore the tokenization of logistics assets (RWA) and innovative applications of stablecoins. Yotta Logistics Technology previously announced the acquisition of 15,000 BTC, with a total transaction amount of up to $1.5 billion. Additionally, the company revealed plans to actively research related regulatory details and apply for a stablecoin issuance license in Hong Kong after the stablecoin regulations take effect.
