Craig Wright, the self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto, has lost his appeal against Roger Ver the founder of Bitcoin.com and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) evangelist. The original lawsuit stem from Ver calling Wright “a fraud and a liar” in YouTube video that was eventually deleted, but the lawsuit was eventually dismissed, causing Wright to file an appeal.

The appeal has now been rejected due to the court finding that England and Wales was not the “appropriate place” to bring this “action for Defamation,” According to court documents from the Court of Appeal of England and Wales on May 29.
