In breaking news, startup Architect Financial Technologies, founded by former FTX US President Brett Harrison, has been approved by the Bermuda Monetary Authority to launch a perpetual contract trading platform. This platform will introduce the crypto derivative mechanism to traditional asset classes such as stocks, forex, interest rates, and commodities. The company, headquartered in Chicago, is currently in the process of Series A financing with investments from Coinbase Ventures, Circle Ventures, and SALT Fund under Anthony Scaramucci. Additionally, the platform will support 24/7 trading and accept fiat and USD stablecoins as collateral to overcome traditional settlement system limitations. (Bloomberg)
