According to reports, investment management company Franklin Templeton announced on November 10 that it will collaborate with DBS Bank to launch Singapore's first tokenized money market fund. The fund, named Franklin Onchain U.S. Dollar Short-Term Money Market Fund, has been approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is a recognized program. Developed in partnership with DBS Bank, the fund will initially be available to wealth clients and qualified investors through DBS Bank, with plans to open to retail investors in the first quarter of 2026 with a minimum investment of $20.
