In a recent announcement, River officially launched the public repurchase phase of River Pts. This repurchase is only open to participants who still hold River Pts at the snapshot. Eligible addresses must send the same amount of River Pts recorded in the snapshot to the official repurchase address before 21:00 on November 20. The official address is emphasized as the only valid address, and no other repurchase addresses will be disclosed, nor will users be contacted through private messages or third-party intermediaries.
According to the plan, River will verify all on-chain transactions after the repurchase window closes and distribute BNB based on the verification results. Only River Pts purchased during the public sale period and still held at the snapshot are eligible for the repurchase, assets purchased in the secondary market or transferred before the snapshot are not included.
The repurchase timeline is as follows: announcement of the repurchase plan on November 10; announcement of eligible addresses and amounts on the 11th; repurchase execution from the 12th to the 20th; transaction audit from the 20th to the 23rd; completion of BNB repurchase distribution for all eligible addresses on November 23.
