According to reports, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will host a roundtable meeting on cryptocurrency, financial surveillance, and privacy on December 15.

The meeting will be led by senior SEC officials including Crypto Task Force head Richard B. Gabbert, Chairman Paul S. Atkins, and several commissioners. Highlights of the meeting include Zcash founder Zooko Wilcox giving a keynote speech, Aleo Network Foundation CEO Koh also speaking, and a panel discussion moderated by Aleo Network Foundation's Global Policy Director Yaya J. Fanusie, with guest speakers from the ACLU, blockchain association CEO, and representatives from various privacy tech companies.
