According to reports, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission announced the inclusion of 'Hong Kong Stablecoin Exchange' in the suspicious virtual asset trading platform alert list. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission stated that the entity claiming to operate a virtual asset trading platform is suspected of conducting unlicensed activities/ engaging in virtual asset-related fraudulent activities. The entity also falsely claims to be jointly established by the 'Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Futures Exchange, and Hong Kong Commodities Exchange', when in fact it has no connection with any of the three.
