Former world boxing champion and millionaire Andrew Tate announced a donation to expose US government fraud by internet celebrity Nick Shirley, who disclosed Bitcoin and Ethereum donation addresses. As of the time of writing, the Bitcoin donation address has received $308 in donations, while the Ethereum and its EVM network (mainly on the BSC network) have received over $44,000 in donations, with most coming from transaction fees of related meme coins. Nick Shirley, a 23-year-old content creator known for on-site street interviews and investigative reporting with nearly 530,000 followers, recently gained fame for exposing welfare fraud in Minnesota. He and his team visited several daycares and autism treatment centers operated by the Somali community in Minnesota, finding many places empty, facilities rudimentary, or clearly not providing the claimed services (such as therapy for autistic children), yet receiving substantial funds through government healthcare subsidy programs, exposing over $110 million in suspected fraud in a single day. His 42-minute investigative video quickly went viral, with US Vice President JD Vance, Musk, and other politicians and KOLs praising his actions by retweeting and sharing the video.
