In a recent report, SlowMist revealed that phishing attacks were still the primary cause of funds theft in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a total of 300 reported theft cases (excluding those reported through other channels). Approximately $1 million was successfully frozen or recovered in 9 cases. The three main reasons for theft incidents were phishing attacks, scams, and private key leaks.
