According to sources, Manuel Stotz, Chairman of TON Treasury company TONX listed on NASDAQ, stated that all TON tokens sold by Telegram have a four-year vesting period. Additionally, the main buyer of the tokens sold by Telegram is their affiliated company TONX, for long-term holding and staking.
Earlier, the Financial Times reported that Telegram's revenue in the first half of the year reached $8.7 billion, a 65% year-on-year increase, partly attributed to the TON ecosystem; the company has sold over $4.5 billion worth of TON tokens, but Stotz emphasized that Telegram's net TON holdings have not significantly decreased, and may even have increased.
