The acquisition, completed in cash and equity, marks Fireblocks' second acquisition in three months. Their core business is assisting enterprises in holding and transferring digital assets. In October last year, Fireblocks acquired crypto wallet startup Dynamic for around $90 million. It is reported that Fireblocks' valuation reached $8 billion in their 2022 financing round.
