According to Bloomberg, AI infrastructure company Nscale, supported by NVIDIA, is in talks for a new round of financing of around $2 billion, with collaboration from Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan to facilitate the deal. Nscale was spun off from a cryptocurrency mining company in 2024, providing AI computing infrastructure. The company raised over $1.5 billion in funding in September-October 2025, previously announcing partnerships with NVIDIA and OpenAI. Microsoft is currently working with Nscale and local partners to build a $10 billion data center in Portugal, and plans to lease capacity in Nscale's data centers in Norway and the UK.
